PLETTENBERG BAY NEWS - Large numbers of bronze whaler sharks are currently present in the bay, close to shore.

In a Sharkspotters safety notice issued today, 24 October, Plett Sharkspotters head Melissa Nel said
they are schooling sharks and their presence is part of natural marine activity in the area.

“For your safety, please listen to lifeguards and follow all instructions they provide. Your co-operation helps keep everyone safe," Nel said.
