SEDGEFIELD NEWS - Waste transfer issues continue as waste from Sedgefield is reportedly accumulating at the Sedgefield waste transfer area, creating a massive eyesore for residents and passersby.
The waste is currently visible at the entrance to Sedgefield.
Residents of Sedgefield worry that there is no proper solution put into place to combat the pile-up of waste and to effectively transfer and dispose of the rubbish in the area.
Furthermore, residents of Sedgefield say that they are growing tired of the inability to properly address the waste problems in the town and are calling upon other residents to put pressure on the administration to address the issue.
Knysna Plett Herald has reached out to Knysna Municipality and the Sedgefield Ratepayers and Residents Association for comment but has not yet received any feedback.
