KNYSNA NEWS - At the Cape Boerperd South African National Championships in Somerset East from 5 to 7 September, two Knysna horseriders made our little town proud with impressive results right across the board.
Nadezhca de Jongh won the 5-Gaited class for riders 19-and-under on the back of her trusted horse, Waterkrans Showring, and was crowned South African champion.
Wilfred Gelderblom was crowned reserve SA champion in the Single Harness class with the beautiful and proud Cape Boerperd, Colchester Monti Carlo.
Wilfred was also placed fourth in the grand final of the 3-Gaited riding horse class again on the back of Colchester Monti Carlo.
