PLETTENBERG BAY NEWS - A 90-year-old man died at the Robberg Nature Reserve yesterday, Thursday 9 February, after collapsing in the car park.
Extensive efforts to resuscitate him, which included 60 minutes of CPR and no less than four shocks to try and restore normal heart rhythm, were unsuccessful.
The Western Cape Government Health Emergency Services, a doctor who is an overseas tourist, and the community-based volunteer group First Responders were involved in the efforts to save the man's life.
