KNYSNA NEWS - On Tuesday, 9 April Knysna Municipality commenced with its data-cleansing project.
This project is aimed at improving the reliability of the revenue data, which will ultimately result in improved revenue collection for the municipality.
Residents have raised their concerns on Field Workers identity issues. All 22 Data Cleansing Field Workers will carry identity cards and wear a green bib vest. This will hopefully address the concerns raised by residents.
