THEFT OUT M.V. - MAIN RD (Thurs 28 September @ 01h58)
- Client phoned to report car was broken into and a suitcase stolen. Officers responded and suitcase was recovered nearby and handed over to SAPS.
THEFT - UNION STR (Thurs 28 September @ 14h35)
- Client telephoned to report that a cellphone was stolen from counter approximately 2 hours earlier by suspect posing as shopper. CCTV footage was reviewed and description broadcast. No case was opened.
SHOPLIFTING - MAIN RD (Sat 30 September @ 12h48)
- Allsound guards reported that a 12-year-old child was caught shoplifting R600 worth of clothing. Matter was handed over to SAPS to further deal with.
THEFT - REMEMBRANCE DR (Sun 1 October @ 04h21)
- Guard stopped our Response to request assistance after 2 suspects reportedly entered a guest room and stole shoes and makeup. Areas was searched, suspects not found.
THEFT - FICHAT STR (Sun 1 October @ 09h48)
- Client reported that a guest checked in to guesthouse and then stole a TV. Matter was reported to SAPS to open a case.
THEFT OUT M.V. - COVE STR (Mon 2 October @ 09h55)
- Client reported that a laptop was stolen from vehicle on Friday 29 September. CCTV footage of the suspect was received and passed on to SAPS CPU members. Both suspects were arrested a week later based on identification.
THEFT - LONG STR (Tues 3 October @ 11h59)
- Resident reported that items were stolen from their garden sometime over preceding month. Items missing were a kettle, hose pipe and pool net. No case opened.
KNYSNA HEIGHTS / PARADISE / WESTHILL
ATTEMPTED THEFT - CIRCULAR DR (Fri 29 September @ 10h29)
- Client reported seeing a man running from premises. Description was provided and suspect was apprehended. Suspect had dropped a bag of stolen copper pipes on the premises when he was disturbed. No case opened, suspect released.
BURGLARY - OLD CAPE RD (Tues 3 October @ 12h15)
- Client reported 2 suspicious persons carrying possible stolen items. Officers responded and apprehended the two. They were later linked to a break-in at nearby property. Suspects were handed over to SAPS and charged.

BURGLARY - WELBEDACHT LANE (Sun 1 October @ 19h39)
- Client reported that there was an intruder in her home. Entry was gained through window but intruder fled when disturbed. Nothing reported missing.

THEFT OUT M.V. - DIKKOP STR (Fri 29 September @ 07h54)
- Client reported that guests vehicle was broken into. A bag containing an external hard drive, LED Lenser and Camera was stolen. No case was opened.
SHOPLIFTING - HOLIDAY CRESC (Fri 29 September @ 16h06)
- Client requested assistance after 3 women were caught shoplifting. Suspects were detained and handed over to SAPS. Case was opened.
ATTEMPTED BURGLARY - SALIE STR (Tues 3 October @ 10h00)
- Client phoned to report that they had attempted break-in at 02h00 in the morning. Suspects tried to force open the garage door. No access was gained and nothing was stolen.

THEFT OUT M.V. - WAENHOUT STR (Thurs 28 September @ 00h13)
- Resident telephoned to report car was broken into and car radio stolen. SAPS were notified.
THEFT - VIGILANCE DR (Thurs 28 September @ 04h39)
- Response Officer stopped suspicious person in the area. Man was found carrying a bucket of new fishing equipment. Items were later linked to theft from a boat in the area. Suspect was charged.
THEFT - KRUISFONTEIN N2 (Sat 30 September @ 21h07)
- Client requested assistance after items were stolen from farm and vehicle tracked to N2. Vehicle was stopped and SAPS notified. Case was opened and suspects taken in for questioning.
ATTEMPTED BURGLARY - PROGRESS RD (Mon 2 October @ 09h22)
- Client reported an attempted break-in. Window was forced open and burglar bars damaged. No entry gained and nothing stolen.
BURGLARY - PARADE STR (Mon 2 October @ 15h50)
- Client telephoned to report that they had a break-in some time over the weekend at their flat. A microwave was reported missing. SAPS were notified to open a case.

THEFT - SPRINGER STR (Thurs 28 September @ 13h39)
- Client requested assistance after suspect entered his garage and stole a drill and grinder. Client would open case with SAPS.
BURGLARY / THEFT OUT M.V. - BARACUDA STR (Sat 30 September @ 04h14)
- Client reported his vehicle was broken into. Suspect forced open garage door, then broke window of vehicle. Client reported only a pair of socks appeared missing. Case was opened.

- Client reported that someone broke into the house during the night. Entry was via slightly ajar sliding door. Handbag and cellphone were reported missing. SAPS were informed and a case was opened.

BURGLARY - WK GROBLER STR (Tues 3 October @ 07h41)
- Officer responded to alarm and report of suspicious person on the property. Well known suspect was caught on site and a window found broken. SAPS were notified, case was opened. SAPS Officers released the suspect.
