KNYSNA NEWS - Neil Louw, who has been at the forefront of the Hornlee United movement against prepaid water meters, is allegedly facing charges of intimidation.
Captain Thulani Mondlana of the Knysna police confirmed that the police are investigating a matter that occurred in Gladstone Street in Lamco on 1 April, but that no arrests have been made.
He said the case was reported on 12 April at about 22:12.
When asked to comment on Monday 15 April, Louw rubbished the allegations.
