Knysna acting municipal manager Johnny Douglas said this is exciting news for Hornlee residents. "The last housing handovers done in this specific area was during 2000, so, for those on the housing waiting list, this is extremely good news.
“Seven sites have been earmarked for developments, these will include 177 Breaking New Ground (BNG) units on five sites and 135 bonded units on two sites."
