KNYSNA NEWS - In a world that strives for client happiness as its ultimate goal, it has to be acknowledged that this indeed is a tall order.
All too often promises lead to a lot of talk and little action. However, there is always the exception where a company under-promises and over-delivers.
This is the case with the new Volkswagen Knysna and its dynamic staff.
Following a series of radical changes to refresh the dealership, the biggest changes have been in the workshop.
The dealership has obtained the expertise of a new workshop manager, who is a seasoned and skilled professional, to lead a brand new team of excellent technicians.
Workshop manager Eddie Sundström came to Volkswagen Knysna, having previously worked at Audi Centre Waterfront and N1 City in Cape Town.
Sales dynamo Sean Middleton is the new sales manager who exchanged life in the fast lane in Nelspruit for the Garden Route to help build sound relationships with the existing and prospective clients of Volkswagen Knysna.
Dealer principal François Knoetze has been working hard to establish the innovation at the dealership. He will be introduced to readers in a next issue.
With solid values at the core of their business, owner Gideon Knoetze says that the new Volkswagen Knysna, while being a family business, operates according to world class standards.
As testimony to this, they have recently been awarded a coveted 100% score in the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) for service excellence.
"It is all about the people. Not only our clients, but also the staff at the new Volkswagen Knysna," says owner Gideon Knoetze, who also owns Mossel Bay Volkswagen.
"What we do is not just about selling cars. We want to add value by building relationships. We strive for client happiness." Mossel Bay Volkswagen also has a proud reputation for client service as the winner of several national Volkswagen awards.
