BUCO Karoo to Coast, ultra-marathon, mountain bike race
After some of the toughest riding they will ever have to do, Sebastian Stark and Nicky Giliomee won the 2019 BUCO Karoo to Coast, ultra-marathon, mountain bike race in truly terrible weather for bike racing on Sunday 22 September. The 2019 BUCO Karoo to Coast may not have featured any professional mountain bikers but with a host of top amateurs having taken part in the race, victory – in South Africa’s largest single day event, was always to be fiercely contested.
