Plettenberg Bay and Knysna's class of '22 did the area proud with matric results not only exceeding the national, provincial and regional pass rate, but each of the seven government schools managed a pass rate increase from last year. The schools in the two towns managed an 86% pass rate, up more than 5% from last year's 81,7%.
