KNYSNA NEWS - After a successful first running, Deep Intentions II is gearing up to get people moving and grooving at The Node in Oaks on Main in three weeks' time.
Deep Intentions I was held last month and after tickets sold out and everyone had a lekker time, organisers knew they had to put together a part two. And therefore, part two is looming on Saturday 5 November, but not ominously, rather with good vibes and lekker times in store.
"We are bringing together another exciting event for the good people of the Garden Route - a place where we can all gather, make friends and chat about what we are passionate about - all while having a good time," said event organiser Mary-Jane Paulsen.
"We have a whopping line-up planned with the great return of the Playground Twins! As usual we are always looking to improve on our events and this time around there will be bigger and better facilities with a greater vibe than before."
Groovy vibes were abound at the first Deep Intentions last month.
On the day, The Mexican Bite will be serving food and Snobs Coffee will be open, serving hot drinks. The bonfires will also be blazing and the music pumping to keep everyone warm and groovy.
"We look forward to bringing the best vibes with the grooviest tunes so that no one leaves the dance floor without a squeaked tekkie," said Paulsen.
The line-up for Deep Intentions II includes the Playground Twins, The Duud, 1-Da and Smoothe. Gates open on 5 November at The Node at 16:00, and close for entry at 19:30, leaving more than enough time to have a jol before everything wraps up at 23:30.
Tickets are available online at www.quicket.co.za. "Aaaaand remember to bring your best attitude and dancing shoes!"
1-Da is one of the DJs that'll be performing.
