GARDEN ROUTE NEWS - The Garden Route National Park received goods from the West Rand Honorary Rangers - all the way from Johannesburg.
The goods, to be used by field rangers and scientists whilst out in the field, include equipment such as tents and torches.
Goods are destined for the Wilderness and Knysna sections of the park, as well as Addo Elephant National Park.
The support from Honorary Rangers, allows SANParks to save and channel funds into operations.
Speaking at the hand-over event, Honorary Ranger liaison, Frank Louw explained how to use some of the gadgets.
