More time at the Ravine

KNYSNA NEWS - Following the success of the first monthly Ravine Time Trial in February, the team from KnysnaX Sporting Events welcomed runners to The Farm on Old Cape Road once again on Friday 26 March.

KnysnaX hosted its first run on 13 Febru-ary in the form of the Cupid Run around the Pezula Championship Course, followed by the time trial two weeks later. Keen to maintain their momentum, they organised the second edition for 26 March.

In perfect running weather, with overcast skies and cool air, runners once again enjoyed the challenge.

The Ravine Time Trial follows a 1km route around the trail at The Farm, and presents a series of unique challenges, with a few sneaky uphills scattered along the route.

Entry fees included the option to choose from running three laps (3km), five laps (5km), or 10 laps (10km) around the track, as well as the choice of a pizza from the kitchen at The Farm.
