KNYSNA GOLF NEWS - At the annual Famsa Golf Day, which took place at Simola Golf & Country Estate on Friday 4 August, competitive spirits were as high as the tees.
The fifth event of its kind, this year's golf day was a fundraiser to help with the operating expenses of Famsa Knysna/Plettenberg Bay to ensure service to the community by enhancing emotional and relationship well-being through counselling, training and community workshops.
"We are grateful for the sunlight that dried out the course and to Simola that, despite the challenges they faced, delivered a great service," says Karin du Plessis of Famsa.

The following businesses sponsored a hole and tee: Engel and Völkers; Daisy Business Solutions; Mosdell, Pama and Cox Plettenberg Bay; Knysna Toyota; Octotel; Hamiltons; Sky Villa Boutique Hotel, Seaexpress and Simola.
