Motupa backs new Pirates coach

NATIONAL NEWS - Gift Motupa believes Orlando Pirates can win silverware with Muhsin Ertugral as head coach.

Pirates announced on Monday that Ertugral had signed a three-year deal with the club, replacing Eric Tinkler.

“I am excited to work with him (Ertugral), I think he is a good coach and that is why they appointed him,” said Motupa on Tuesday.

“I think we can win trophies with him. The sad part is that Eric is gone but that is football, anything can happen.”
