KNYSNA NEWS - Knysna’s new mayor is Aubrey Tsengwa of the ANC. Tsengwa secured 11 votes against the 10 of former mayor Levael Davis of the DA.
Speaker Mncedisi called the new mayor "the face of the town” and “Mr Knysna”, who will see to the plight of the poorest of the poor.
“There are no losers here in all the positions that we voted for,” said Skosana. He asked the gallery to remain respectful of the proceedings as their excitement grew.
