According to Hattingh, Ford is due to provide responses to the first batch of questions from the commission before the end of the week.
The commission will assess all responses from Ford and the determine whether further investigation is needed.

CapeTalk's Kieno Kammies spoke to Dr David Klatzow about the Reshall Jimmy's case.
Jimmy allegedly burned to death in his Ford Kuga in 2015 and Klatzow has been helping the family to determine what really happened.
Klatzow says Ford has been self-serving and dishonest in claiming that Jimmy died from a gunshot wound to the head and there was a witness statement in this regard.
