PLETTENBERG BAY NEWS - A major break in a water pipe has left Kranshoek residents on the outskirts of Plettenberg Bay without water.
The Bitou Municipality communications team said the break was on the main pumping line to Kranshoek.
“The reservoir levels are currently very low and water supply will be affected for an extended period,” they said in a statement.
The team said at 12:30 on Sunday 28 June that repairs could take more than six hours.
“A water tanker will be in Kranshoek for water relief, in the meantime. It will arrive in Kranshoek at 14:00 and remain there until after 17:00.”
