PLETTENBERG BAY NEWS - The Bitou Municipality spread some joy among primary schools in Plettenberg Bay as the new academic year kicked off.
As part of its annual "Back to School" campaign, Mayor Dave Swart and his team visited local public schools' management to find ways to address their challenges.
They also brought along supplementary stationery for those who need it.
