SEDGEFIELD NEWS - The leaders of Sedgefield Primary School for 2019 recently attended a short leadership course at Outward Bound on the Swartvlei Estuary.
Although it was only a one-day programme and many activities were carried out in quick succession, the participants all proved to be worthy leaders for their school.
They all showed good listening skills, particularly when they were planning different challenges and were very happy to respect each other’s opinions, finally finding the best solution to their problem.
They were also very happy to share ideas and work towards their common goal.
We wish them every success in their new roles and a happy year ahead.
