It was the second year in a row that he walked away with the award which was handed to him at ER24’s year-end function. Voted by his colleagues, local hospital doctors and nurses as being truly dedicated, possessing great integrity, displaying compassion towards his patients and someone with a passion for his job, he was the most deserving candidate.
Anton Conradie won the award for the most prestigious member. Branch manager, Johan Prinsloo said that Conradie has gone above and beyond the call of duty by always being available for shifts when needed, for building fantastic relationships between ER24 and the community, as well as volunteering, without pay, for the local ambulance services when they are short staffed.
"This display of dedication and humanity is exactly what we in the ER24 family are most proud of," said Prinsloo.
