KNYSNA NEWS - In order to keep up with the demand of the Covid-19 patients currently in need of oxygen, Knysna Provincial Hospital received an additional bulk order of oxygen today.
The hospital currently has 31 Covid-19 patients of whom 30 are on oxygen support.
The daily use of oxygen has more than doubled during the resurgence.
“We must all do our part in limiting exposure to the virus,” said Dr Andries Brink, medical manager of the Knysna/Bitou subdistricts.
“Please adhere to the rules, wear your mask and limit exposure through limited interaction with others.”
