KNYSNA NEWS - A former high school student in Knysna, Kim Grey, is out to steal the heart of Lee Thompson on M-Net reality dating show The Bachelor SA.
Grey owns a digital marketing agency specialising in building market awareness for feel-good lifestyle brands, and in a Channel 24 interview stated that she entered the show when recently travelling to Johannesburg and a client asked her about her relationship status.
At that exact moment, they saw the billboard calling for women to apply online. "We laughed and believed it was a sign," she said. A few intense interviews and psychological evaluations later she received the phone call to tell her she was in.
"It was a little surreal, I wasn't really expecting it. You can only make your dreams come true if you back your dreams up with action," she stated.
The Bachelor SA has already aired two episodes – the first of which premiered on 14 February, and Grey has survived two elimination rounds as locals cross fingers that she finds love on the big stage.
