PLETTENBERG BAY NEWS - It is not only the weather heating up in Plettenberg Bay and Knysna, but also the area’s talent.
This talent will be showcased in both coastal holiday towns over the next few weeks through Tshisa Talent’s open mic sessions.
The aim of the sessions is to not only uncover new talent, but also provide communities with free entertainment.
The events will be hosted by Tshisa Talent through funding received from the National Lotteries Commission.
The events will be open for all performing artists and the first two will be held at Fibbi’s Car Wash in Kwanokuthula in Plettenberg Bay on 10 and 24 February.
Another two sessions will be held at the same venue on 10 and 24 March.
Knysna artists will be able to show off their talent at the Lovelife Centre on 3 and 17 February and then again on 3 March.
All the sessions will run from15:00 to 17:00 and is not only open to the public free of charge, but will also be filmed by iKasi Media – an organisation assisting young filmmakers to realise their dreams.
