PLETTENBERG BAY NEWS – The Bitou Municipality has called on all those who qualify for financial assistance through the municipality's Grant-in-Aid policy to submit proposals for their endeavours for 2023.

Bitou Municipal Manager Mbulelo Memani said only applications submitted on the prescribed application form and accompanied by all the required information, documentation, financial statements and cover letter would be considered. 

The application deadline is end of business on 15 February. Copies of the application form are available at various municipal offices during office hours, as well as on the Bitou Municipality website, www.bitou.gov.za.

Any queries can be directed at Herman Nieuwoudt on 044 501 3484. Memani noted that the municipality reserves the right not to make any award and would make no award to organisations that had received funds in the previous book year but had not submitted a final report on its previous expenditure.
