His lawyer, Andre Kleynhans stated in the Circuit High Court today, April 21, that his client told him that he has brother who looks similar to him who is currently serving a jail sentence in Uniondale and he may have committed the crimes.
He is using this as his alibi, as was indicated in court yesterday.
