2nd group from Dorothy Broster take on the ocean

KNYSNA NEWS - Ocean Sailing Charters took a group of children from the Dorothy Broster Children's Home on an unforgettable ocean sailing experience on Saturday 12 August.

The children were greeted with excitement and a sense of adventure, and the crew ensured their safety and comfort. A delicious pizza spread, sponsored by Sirocco, brought smiles to the children's faces.

They eagerly explored the yacht, marvelling at its grandeur and the vast expanse of the ocean.

The highlight of the day was undoubtedly the authentic sailing experience. The children were enthralled by the sensation of the wind in their hair and the gentle rocking of the vessel.

They were given the opportunity to participate in the sailing process, learning about the different parts of the yacht and feeling a sense of accomplishment as they contributed to the journey.
