Nommerpas was first established in Colesberg in 1986. Nel took over in 2001 and has since opened other Nommerpas stores in Middelburg, Kirkwood and Graaff-Reinet. The Graaff-Reinet shop was opened in 2005.
The growth of Nommerpas is proof that, with the right products, management, and support from locals, stores can flourish in small towns. "We are grateful for our regular customers, and appreciated their business," Nel added.
