Knysna
With millions of people from an estimated 185 countries taking part in the #GlobalClimateStrike on Friday 20 September, about 50 Knysna residents took to the streets for a protest of their own. A little over a year ago, a 12-year-old Swedish pupil by the name of Gretha Thunberg took a stand against climate change and the pollution of our environment by encouraging young people to make their voices heard.
