Friendly City Dance Festival
Knysna is fast becoming a hub for some of the best dancers and ballerinas in the country with another local ballet school raking in the rewards at a dance festival held in Port Elizabeth. In recent weeks the Knysna-Plett Herald reported on Carmen’s School of Dance and Pro Academy Knysna that held the town's name high in both regional and national competitions respectively, and this week it is Sidwell Roman's School of Ballet's performance at the Friendly City Dance Festival from 20 to 25 August that makes the news.
