KNYSNA NEWS - Knysna will be ringing in spring with a series of music shows in September and October featuring everything here and there and in between, beginning this weekend with Ard Matthews.
Matthews' unique blend of humour, storytelling and one-of-a-kind musicianship has to be seen first-hand. He'll be playing hits from his solo career, with a good sprinkling of Just Jinger songs too! Gates open at 17:00 and the show starts at 18:30.
Next weekend, in a first for organisers Better Live and Blend, they'll be hosting the legendary SA band The Bats. With music from yesteryear and up-to-date humour, this is a show not to be missed.
The show will take place on Heritage Day, 24 September, with gates opening at 13:30 and show starts at 14:30.

Another world-class tribute will be staged on Saturday 8 October, and this time with Jack Stone and his incredible show The Great Patriot: Springsteen. Expect a rocking experience in the true tradition of "The Boss", Bruce Springsteen. Again, gates open at 17:00 and the show starts at 18:30
Rounding off the line-up is A Tribute to Abba by Mike & the Harmonix on 15 October. The show doubles as a fundraiser for Rotary Knysna's Rotary Dent project, taking place in early 2023.
If you missed Mike & the Harmonix's brilliant Oyster Festival performance, now's the time to catch them - and for a great cause to boot! Once more, gates open at 17:00 and show starts at 18:30.
All the shows will take place at Blend Country Restaurant, and tickets can be booked through www.quicket.co.za.
