KNYSNA NEWS - The new expanded Knysna Animal Welfare Society (KAWS) shop in Market Street, Knysna, was officially opened on Saturday, October 10, with bubbles, snacks and a great show of support by the local community.
Knysna’s deputy mayor Esmé Edge officially cut the ribbon and thanked all those who make KAWS possible.

KAWS is happy to help recycle those no-longer wanted or needed clothes and household goods. No item is too big or too small.
If members of the public are unable to drop off goods at the shop during opening hours, they can call 072 909 5847 and manager Mikey Price will arrange for someone to collect the goods.
The shop is open Monday to Thursday from 10:00 to 14:00; on Friday from 10:00 to 16:00; and on Saturday from 09:00 to 12:00.
