SEDGEFIELD NEWS - Sergio Solomons, a resident of Sedgefield and a learner at Knysna High School, has been selected to join the Travel and Sport Invitational U15 rugby team on an international tour to England and Wales from 12 to 13 December.
This exciting opportunity comes after Sergio's outstanding performance at the recent Kwagga Junior Rugby Week, where he showcased exceptional skill on the field.
Sergio's father, Vernon Solo-mons, expressed the family's pride in his son's achievement: "This is a great opportunity for him to be exposed to different cultures and to measure himself against players from abroad. While we have been busy with many fundraisers to make this rugby tour possible for him, much still needs to be done and any assistance will be helpful."
