New-look Griquas for Province showdown

NATIONAL NEWS - Griquas will field a new-look team in their Currie Cup outing against Western Province at Newlands on Saturday (kick-off: 5.05pm).

Former Province lock, Hilton Lobberts, has been selected at flank, while Springbok Johan Wessels misses out after being dropped to the bench for last weekend’s clash against the Blue Bulls.

Coach Hawies Fourie has included RJ Liebenberg on the flank, while Carel Greeff completes the loose trio at 8.

Fourie is also fielding a new front row, with Stephan Kotze coming in at tighthead prop, while Martin Bezuidenhout ousts AJ le Roux at hooker.
