KNYSNA NEWS - The Titans Pool Academy in Knysna is revolutionising the image of billiards, traditionally associated with bars, by bringing it into the mainstream of sport.
The newly formed academy consists of two teams, a senior team and a junior team.
Led by Llewelyn van Rooyen, the academy played its first league match on 24 February against the Good Fellas billiards team from Mossel Bay.
The Titans senior team had a successful match, defeating the Good Fellas with a score of 14:11.
Following that, the Titans played another match on 28 February at Night Spot in Hornlee.
The Titans Pool Academy played their third match on 11 March in George against the Young Ones pool team.
