PLETTENBERG BAY NEWS - Ten kickboxers from the Sport Kickboxing Academy Plett dojo competed in the Eden Kickboxing Championships on Saturday 22 October, in George.
They earned a total of 17 medals between then - 10 gold, four silver and three bronze.
The championships form a key part of the selection process for the Eden regional team that will be sent off to compete in the Western Cape championships in cape Town.
The 10 fighters competed across various different weight categories, and from green belt right up to black belt.
