GARDEN ROUTE KARATE NEWS - A team of 14 competitors representing Knysna and Plettenberg Bay took part in the SA JKA Karate Western Province competition in Cape Town over the weekend and did exceptionally well.

These competitors will go on to represent Western Province JKA Karate and compete at the JKA National Tournament which will be held in Johannesburg in May.

This Tournament is the biggest event on the JKA Calendar. The tournament will be held over 2 days and will see 3500 competitors from all over South Africa.

“We are very proud of what we’ve achieved as well as the continued effort and dedication of these students. JKA Karate is only 2 years old in Knysna/Plett and we continue to grow,” says Sensei John Peach.
