GOLF NEWS - The 2022 SA Women's Mid Amateur Championship was back in the Southern Cape this week for the first time since 2016.
Before they started their golf, the ladies enjoyed a delightful cocktail at the Mossel Bay Golf Club, which hosted the championship.
Local Southern Cape stars Sandra Winter and Sonja Bland, as well as Vicky Traut, attended the event.
More than 150 golfers from across the country competed in the 54-hole tournament from 13 to 15 November.
The 2022 champions who conquered at Mossel Bay Golf Club are:
Championship Division and Senior Trophy - Sandra Winter from George Golf Club
Silver Division - Hermien Jones from Gonubie Golf Club, East London
Bronze Division - Louise Olivier from Devonvale Golf and Wine Estate.
