KNYSNA FOOTBALL NEWS – A number of soccer clubs from the greater Knysna area were called into action during the past weekend, to take part in some friendly pre-season games.
The 15 games played were hosted in Rheenendal, Smutsville, and at Loerie Park and saw various clubs affiliated to the Knysna Local Football Association (KLFA) battle it out.
While the matches were friendly, the players never lost their competitive edge and battled on in every game.

Last weekend's fixtures were a continuation of the ongoing preparation by local clubs for the eventual resumption of the KLFA Domestic League and Super League seasons.
While the KLFA has not yet determined an official date for the season start, clubs hope that it will come in the next month or two.
