KNYSNA NEWS - A change was recently brought about in Knysna's mayoral committee. Following a coalition agreement between the Patriotic Alliance and Democratic Alliance, PA Councillor Waleed Grootboom was appointed as the new member of the mayoral committee (MMC) responsible for community services. 

Grootboom replaces Elmarie Maxim of the DA.

According to a municipal media statement, Mayor Levael Davis is confident that Grootboom will serve the residents of greater Knysna with commitment, diligence, honesty and integrity.
