GREAT BRAK RIVER NEWS - A man who bought a lottery ticket while holidaying in the Mossel Bay region has come forward to claim his R141 million PowerBall winnings.
South African lottery operator Ithuba said the 50-year-old man, who is in construction, played a ticket wager of just R105 via a Quick Pick selection method at the Spar in Great Brak River.
He has become the third richest PowerBall jackpot winner.
Ithuba offered financial advice and counselling to the winner, a free service it offers to everyone who wins more than R50 000.
