A distraught Priscilla Mcwetyana, 52, who was speaking after the success of her second claim against the Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality, said she could not bear to attend proceedings in the Port Elizabeth High Court yesterday because, “the thought of reliving that day is too terrifying”.
Mcwetyana watched as her son Liyema, 5, was electrocuted in February 2011 when he came into contact with a wire fence which had become electrified by being exposed to live wiring installed by the municipality.
