Fransman is accused of sexually harassing and fondling Louisa Wynand, a woman he had hired to work for him, earlier this year.
A series of text messages he apparently sent to his accuser before the alleged incidents, have been published by the Daily Maverick.
They show how Fransman flirted with his newly appointed employee.
The NPA in the North West declined to prosecute Fransman due to “insufficient evidence” but he may still have a case to answer in a different province.
Fransman allegedly forced the 20-year-old to share a bed with him at a Road Lodge in Kimberley while travelling from Cape Town to Rustenburg.
