The film, based on the book Behind the Door: The Oscar Pistorius and Reeva Steenkamp Story by Mandy Wiener and Barry Bateman, promises to go deeper into the story behind the shooting.
Paulene Abrey says three years later, there’s still much interest in the story of Pistorius and Reeva Steenkamp.
She says the documentary won’t just be a rehash and will be done in the style of other popular true story series.
“It’s not going to be one documentary but a process of two or three. It’s like O.J. Simpson’s, a continual thing.”
