NATIONAL NEWS - The African National Congress (ANC) in the Eastern Cape on Thursday, said they won two of the three by-elections in the province.
The ANC won two wards outright in Mdantsane and Ngquza Hills in the OR Tambo District Municipality.
In a statement on Thursday, the party said it was disappointed that it could not clinch Ward 18 in Buffalo City from the opposition.
