KNYSNA NEWS & VIDEO - Teams at the 2020 Knysna Timber Festival have successfully completed their world record attempt for the most simultaneous chainsaws sawing through wood.
The attempt came at 14:00, drawing together as many people as possible who were able to wield a chainsaw.
Organisers manager to pull together a record-setting 48 people to have a go at the record.
It took only a couple of minutes for the record attempt, but that was all they needed as they have now set the record at 48. All that remains is for Guinness Book of World Records to verify the attempt.
