The operations were aimed at compliance at construction sites and the hospitality industry.

KNYSNA NEWS - A recent two-day multi-disciplinary operation in Knysna, conducted from 4 to 5 June, resulted in the arrest of 26 undocumented individuals and three employers.

The operations were aimed at compliance at construction sites and the hospitality industry.

The departments involved consisted of the South African Police Service, Department of Employment and Labour, Department of Home Affairs’ Immigration Services, Garden Route Municipality and Knysna Municipal Law Enforcement.

All arrested suspects will appear in court once charged.
