• Knysna-Sedgefield Hospice would like to thank Pixieland preschool for the Christmas concert they put on for our day care patients again this year! The cards and biscuits were such a treat and the kids made our patients feel so special. Thank you for your kindness and having a heart for Hospice.
• To Knysna Appliance Repairs (Danver Claasen and colleague) for your professional and friendly customer service. Thank you for going the extra mile in helping to stop a leak from our geyser while you were attending to the machine. This was not part of your service but you willing gave a helping hand. Thank you.
• To Andre King at Harry’s Coffee shop in Woodmill Lane for the samp every week for the Knysna Methodist Outreach soup kitchens, to Woolworths Knysna for the weekly donation to the Knysna Methodist Outreach, to Nico Kamfer and his team Bifas and Jaco who make sure that the Woolworths donation happens each week, and to all the ladies who so selflessly give of their time and ingredients to enable the Knysna Methodist Outreach soup kitchens to provide 2 500 meals each month.
• To Mrs B Badenhorst for donating an office book, electric shaver, binoculars and a Christmas tree with trimmings, and to Knysna Rotary Anns, for the Christmas contribution of gift bags to all the residents of Epilepsy SA, we truly appreciate it.
• Aan die onderwysers en personeel by Knysna Hoër- en Laerskool. Dankie vir jul harde werk in 2016. Merry Xmas. Ook aan die Sondagskool-onderwysers by NG Kerk Knysna, merry Xmas.
• To Lesley and all the parents and children at Queen Bee preschool for all the presents brought to Father Christmas at the annual Christmas party to give to our Hospice children. Thank you to Father Christmas for appearing personally at Queen Bee preschool and exciting the children and adults alike with some festive cheer!
• Knysna Sedgefield Hospice would like to thank Nicky Goullea for her enthusiastic organisation of our recent street collection. A very special thank you to all our street collection volunteers and every member of the public that donated to our organisation. As always, your generosity is so gratefully received!
• To Mrs B Badenhorst for entertaining the residents at Epilepsy SA Knysna with 2 litres of ice-cream with choclate sauce, it really brings joy to their hearts, to Mrs B Elferd for donating kitchenware and books, and to Total Sport for donating comfortable shoes, clothing and H2O Hydration to Epilepsy SA Knysna.
