GEORGE NEWS - The Garden Route SPCA (GRSPCA) will host a fundraising evening at the Fairy Knowe Hotel in Wilderness on Saturday 18 April, promising a lively and engaging night in support of animal welfare.
The event, themed as an exclusive game night, will begin from 15:00 onwards and offers guests an evening of entertainment, friendly competition and community spirit.
Attendees can look forward to a variety of games, fantastic prizes and an exciting auction, with a grand prize of two tickets to a 2027 Rugby World Cup quarter-final adding to the anticipation.
Tickets are priced at R1 000 per person for participants and R300 for non-players. Entry includes dinner, welcome drinks and access to the auction. A cash bar will also be available, and guests are encouraged to dress in formal attire for the occasion.
As the SPCA relies entirely on donations and fundraising initiatives to continue its work, events such as this play a vital role in ensuring that animals in need receive care, shelter and protection.
Residents and visitors are encouraged to support the initiative by attending the event and bringing friends along for an evening that combines enjoyment with a meaningful cause.
Guests are requested to RSVP by 13 April to secure their tickets. For bookings or enquiries, contact Megan on 074 946 7007 or email [email protected]
